About my experience: I have over 20 years of experience and expertise in the hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in various capacities and roles within hotels and am well versed in the day-to-day operations as well as long term projections for success. Over the years I have contributed to various levels of leadership including General Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager, and Regional Director where I provided oversight and directed operations for several properties concurrently. I have had the opportunity to work with several brands including Choice, Extended Stay, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott. While working with these brands, I have successfully secured a strong background in corporate training, budgeting/forecasting, building/maintaining ethical relationships, leadership coaching, and strategic planning.
How I would describe my management style: I prefer a collaborative and participative management style. I enjoy collaborating and investing in my team’s career development, creativity, and overall well-being. Through this style, I create a unique environment that provides support and development for employees, tailor-made guest experiences, and profitable results for hotel owners.
